MS Teams with PSTN Calling

The video below will give you an overview.
Required Infrastructure

With MS Teams you can make VOIP calls to any other party that has a VoIP system such as MS Teams, RingCentral, Epygi Quadro, Vonage, Shoretel, Skype (consumer) or Skype for Business, Cisco, Avaya, etc. since the call data goes over the internet, and the PTSN is not involved. However if you need to call a landline (POTS line), which is an analog copper line, you need to go via the PTSN. To do that Microsoft Team Calling requires you to have a certified Session Border Controller. Our company can set this all up for you.
